Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website ojpc.eu ("Site") and the services provided by SG Brothers ("Organiser"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service description
OJPC (Online Jigsaw Puzzle Competition) is a platform dedicated to organising online jigsaw puzzle competitions. The Site allows users to: create a personal account and register, sign up for tournaments and championships, view rankings, results and sports statistics.
2. Registration and user account
To participate in competitions, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information;
- Keep your login credentials confidential;
- Notify the Organiser immediately of any unauthorised access to your account;
- Not transfer or share your account with third parties.
The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Participation in competitions
Registration for a competition is subject to the specific conditions of each event (format, rules, registration fees if applicable). Published results are final unless material errors are reported within the time limits stated in the competition rules. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel an event due to force majeure, with timely notice to registered participants.
4. User conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Using the Site for illegal or unauthorised purposes;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or participation;
- Attempting to compromise the security of the Site or the Organiser's systems;
- Using automated systems (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the Site;
- Publishing offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, software, results database) is the property of the Organiser or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". The Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for interruptions, data loss or damage arising from the use of the Site. The Organiser is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessible via links on the Site.
7. Communications to users
By registering for a competition, the participant agrees to receive operational communications related to the event (e.g. date changes, competition instructions). For informational or promotional communications not related to participation in a specific event, explicit consent is required via newsletter subscription, which can be managed at any time from the personal area of the portal.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site and, where necessary, by e-mail. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the Organiser's place of residence, unless otherwise provided by law.
